The mentally retarded is categorized in to three segments: 1. Mild 2. Moderate 3. Severe.

This will be identified based on their diagnosis with medical reports and their economic status. We plan to sets up a residential center which provides in house treatment, instructor led special education, self-activities and motivation.

On our third phase we focus to work for the orphan children where a shelter, provision for food, health care and education are provided unconditionally.

We plan to Set up a training center for the inmates where every individual is seen that he/she is trained in a skill which can generate income and help them self-sustain. This will be set up with the guidance of industry professionals to see the best skills are taught.

There are many senior citizens abandoned by their own children and uncared. These mentally and physically traumatized people need love and care. We will build an old age home which provides good health care and palliative care without depending on any of their kin and kith.

Ratchagam has plan to set up home for HIV affecters’ children. These children don’t get any support from the society and are deserted by their relatives once their parents are found to be affected by HIV. They will be taken care given food, shelter and education and trained in vocational courses for self-sustenance.

Ratchagam has a need for a hospital which will take care of the health needs of the Ratchangam inmates and also the public who cannot economically support good health care.
